About the Presenter:
Guy M. Kezirian, MD, FACS is President of SurgiVision® Consultants, Inc. of Scottsdale, Arizona. He received his board certification in Ophthalmology in 1990. He practiced refractive surgery until 1994 at SurgiVision®, PC, in Atlanta, Georgia. SurgiVision® was the first ophthalmic practice specializing exclusively in refractive surgery in the United States. Since that time, Dr. Kezirian has conducted several successful FDA projects. He administered the CRS LASIK Studies that led to the first LASIK FDA approvals (for the Visx and Summit Laser platforms) and conducted all the successful regulatory trials for the WaveLight Excimer Laser Systems. SurgiVision® Consultants, Inc. provides the SurgiVision® DataLink software products for nomogram development, outcomes analysis and surgical planning for refractive surgery, and the DataLink IOL Registry for IOL outcomes. Dr. Kezirian has given hundreds of presentations at professional meetings, has over 20 peer-review publications, served as Program Chair of the Aspen Invitational Refractive Symposium from 2000 to 2011 and has received several awards from ophthalmic Societies.
