Dr Ramon Coral Ghanem graduated at the Catholic University of Parana (Brazil) in 2000, completed his residency at the University of Sao Paulo (USP) in 2004 and was Chief Resident in 2005. He has sub-specialized in Cornea and Refractive Surgery with Fellowship training at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. In 2010 he acquired his PhD degree at USP with a thesis about Corneal Wavefront-guided PRK after radial keratotomy. Currently he is an Ophthalmologist at the Sadalla Amin Ghanem Eye Hospital in Joinville, SC, Brazil.
